the transients are people who have had themselves modified with alien DNA and became outcast's of society this particular one is the leader of the angles 8 transient gang he uses people without a moment's thought, and he's not as clever as he thinks. This combination of traits resulted in the Angels 8 riots the reasons that hundreds of people and transients were maimed or killed. The guy's a real sweetheart.
