There are a few ways of categorizing the different types of climates, such as the Spatial Synoptic Classification system. Some classification systems can even align with the types of biomes, which is an environmental term similar to climate, but also takes into consideration flora (plants) and fauna (animals). Climate patterns tend to remain steady, but watch out! Things seem to be changing... for the worse."
