Who wear's short shorts? Not this guy...

Hello again everybody! Today I bring you the second installment of my Dynasty Warriors Skin Series, who happens to be Gan Ning of the Kingdom of Wu! Formerly a Pirate, he earned the nickname "River Dragon" from his antics and all-around badassery whilst being a pirate! His nicknamed also stemmed from his Dragon tattoo's and his scimitar which was notched to look like a dragon's teeth. However, after being screwed over by his patron (since he wasn't a part of a Kingdom) he defected during battle and helped the Wu army defeat his former allies. Talk about harsh!
