Ghost is a Marvel Comics character who was originally introduced as a super-villan in the Iron Man series. Originally an inventor and network technician, he assumes the role of "The Ghost" after he is nearly assassinated by a CEO of his company, and dons the "Ghost Tec" suit he had been working on. Ghost is able to transmit himself through power lines, phase through walls, and interact with high level technology via his suit.
