Maniacal laughter could be heard booming over the midnight horizon. A light was growing in that direction, and over the hill it grew; amassing into a large ball of flame. The thunderous booms of a horse's hooves were felt from the ground, growing forevermore from the growing flaming figure. As it approached; you could make shapes within it; a bone, a skull, a cape. Upon inspection, what sat atop the leather, burning saddle on the skeleton of a horse, bathed in flame, was a human, wearing spurred leather boots, chainmail, a leather tabard, and burning, thickened cloth cape. In his right hand was a chained, spiked flail, and legend has it he was pursuing his next victim.
