These "Nifty goggles that protect eyes from desert sandstorms." (ORAS) allow the user to pass through the desert in Pokemon "Ruby", Saphire", "Emerald", "Omega Ruby", and "Alpha Saphire".

The outfit is based on Flygon commonly found in the desert of the Hoenn Region. (refernece used in reference tab)
