This is a Made-up Superhero (Not For The Contest)! It was more of a shading test to see how to make a cape, and muscles.

He has the powers of flight, strength, speed, and he can create storms with green lightning!

The body of the skin looks excellent, but I say you put more effort into the head and hair, maybe try and use some shading on it? The visor on the head looks fine though.
