This is Haza Cumberland also known as haza the ice cream man. This is during 1970 when Haza was around 15 years old. This is the story that comes with it...

From a young age Haza found that little children can be absolutely vile like the time when he worked as a ice cream maker at his school, a child claimed that he could see a eye in his ice cream but Haza wasn't having it so he he run the child over and drove of as fast as he can, he was in a police chase...

Since you would like my critique, I hope to not offend. Here we go.

Your shading as greatly improved, but the dark areas are too dark. When working with a skin, I choose a dark but not too dark color, then from there build up the lightness every 3-10% for each layer, just gotta find what looks good.

If you're aiming to have two different colors differently shaded, add a 3D layer (such as the white or brown part of the legs) If not, try blending the brightness between the two colors instead of having each color stagger in shading. For example where it's bright white on your legs, you want the bright brown connected with the brightest white then have it shade out darker.

Remember about avoiding gradient, the star gradient look is in the eyes. You can fix that by adding more dark or light where you already have the pixels placed, that will get rid of the stagger. But don't have each eye parallel, have each eye look different in shade so it will look more natural.

The lines on the clothes you can give 2 or 3 layers of light shaded for more detail.

Hair can have more layers of shading, also look at giving the shading shape, imagine if someone combed their hair backwards or side to side, and with the combed lines you go dark to brightest. What i do when it comes to shading is I just keep doing until I can no longer add any more layers, because as you add those layers, your canvas will grow smaller and smaller.

Mouth, you want it to either be dark red or black or even a nasty dark green, since he is human. This will make the smile more gross, noticeable, and show the teeth more. But that also means you need to tone down the brightness on the teeth.

Give the little things some shading to like the ice cream, details go a long way.

I sound like the group I worked for ugh, but it's good, it's better. You already improved, keep working on the basics for basics are the foundation for Any skill, not just skinning. Use the internet and PMC for additional resources to further enhance your abilities, or even study others skins. But good job!
