If you're asking what program I use, the answer would be "Miners Need Cool Shoes". If you're asking HOW I make them, the answer for this skin is I just paused the video and tried to copy Herobrine. The answer for my other skins is I either update a LOT, or I make a skin based on what I would want to download like my ninja skins. Hope this helps :D

I don't know. Do you play on the ItsJerryAndharry server. I made my friend pikmin2man an HD version of the skin he said he made.
