A Known villain since the start of the circle. Blast Smoker's Real name is unknown, he is codenamed Mr 1. As a child, his home waslike a living hell, everyday there would be fights. then, one day the marines called a "Buster Call" to his country. a Buster call is when 10 ships destroy 1 island, shooting cannon balls simultaneously. He found the diamond lieing ont he ground, and took it. before he knew it, he was exploding all the ships.
