Hibari Kyoya is a character from the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn. He is one of the guardians of Vongola Decimo, Tsunayoshi Sawada, and is the strongest of them all. He is described as being an aloof cloud and likes being alone until his help is really needed. As a cloud flame weilder, his ability is propogation. As the leader of the disciplinary committee, Hibari get's angry when students break school rules/law and commit vandalism.
