Hibiki Ryouga from Ranma 1/2

Bro chased his rival all the way to China across the Pacific Ocean and fell into the Spring of the Drowned Pig. Then, his rival's dad and the Jusenkyo Guide almost cooked him alive. He gets lost all the time cause he's got no sense of direction and has no idea where he is at any given time. Because of this, he's traveled to Russia, France, China, and somewhere in the Wild West? on accident. He takes advantage of his pitiful pig form to get close to Akane and get her mad at Ranma for "bullying poor P-Chan." She even gets mad at him for teasing Ryouga when he's not a pig, but she never gets mad at Ryouga for picking a fight with Ranma.
