Please note, the transparent part at the chin, is a viewer glitch. In game it is normal.

That happened to me when I first started making skins. The cause of it has something to do with using blurs and smears with editing software. If you take a color that is visible on your skin and pencil in those blank spots, they will appear on this site. I'm not sure how well I described it, but hopefully you can figure it out.
