although i'm yet to see an editor ready with the newer arm type for the skins, that didn't stop me at try to update a skin to the newer format and try it out. :)

in this case i opted to go for my most recent skin that i've had going. editing a skin to the newer format isn't too hard to do once you figure it out. i'm hoping to see either an Alex model skin maker and a skin converter for the newer version. for a converter i'm hopting it'll show optional sections to remove as well as a bit of a painting tool.

another change i did to the skin is the top of the legs, i accidentally left them blank on top which is defaulted to black. so i resolved that problem.
