Named after the Greek Titan due to it's huge stature (about 450 ft. tall) and might, Hyperion I was sent by humans into space on 2036 to combat extraterrestrial threats. Hyperion boasts the ability to fly via jets scattered all over it's reinforced metal body, retractable blades, multi-pilot manuevering systems, and the ability to emit destructive beams from its arm, chest, and shoulder cannons.

Nah Gipsy is a robot so the the correct term should be "it". The characters just use female pronouns for the Jaegers sometimes
