I'd personally add in a bit more saturation, it gets a bit grey and dirty with the hair, and i'd make the hairline a bit more erratic

Yeah, you're going straight from yellow to black, adding in some value in the opposite direction (like with MCSkin3D, take the value bar, and the saturation bar, and move them in an opposite direction) and thats how you get really bright goodlooking colors
