Please forgive me if this skin isn't that well or if it is not similar to IA the VOCALOID. I am not 100% familiar with her and her content. However I thought I would give it a go.

You should listen to her songs. She's actually a really popular vocaloid now.
I also know that it is kind of hard to make skins, but you can't just trace over and edit other skins forever. It'll just hold you back. Try looking at skinning tutorials for help. <:
