Hey! So yeah, I was in a mood for blue and I like pink anyways...
So yeah. Its not to great, but I like it myself. Tell me what you think!

Colours are a little harsh and very odd, doesn't look too human or appealing. The scarf is very neatly done, the clothing has potential, you obviously like blue and I can tell you the blue used for most of the body is okay, but the blue on the hair and eyes looks off. To improve try learning some colour theory, shading and maybe look around at other skins to see their colours, or even borrow a palette to use :)

Eh. Maybe I shouldn't have done blue eyes, but the hair is a must for a "Ice Girl" skin...and I did shade. Iv'e had to people say it was subtle, but zoom in. There is shading. I have throughout the making of my skins, asked Oblivion_Gamer for her thoughts. She said this was a large improvment from my other skins. I will take what your saying into consideration though. You could kind of say this is a "Teen" skin, since its not really a human. Its an icicle girl :P

I'll be a little more explicit when I say this. The 'subtle' shading, doesn't look that great here, maybe with different colours and more contrast it'd look much cooler

Yeah, this is probabally my worst skin. I have improved though, as you see if you look at my newer skin :3
The hair on this almost look dirty...at least on the top.
