When I saw this skin, the concept drew me in. Then I read that it is for a friend.
And so...

Changes:
Added highlight spots and shadows in the hair.
Shaded the jacket and gave it a more pronounced zipper.
Tinted the bow purple and shaded it.
Remove the noise in the pants. Then Replaced it with shadings.
Minor shading on the shoes. (To include a darker heel counter)
Matched the earring with the bow.
