I think by what jpark means is that your shading technique is more of an isometric one. Try to balance out your colours on one face texture, rather than solidifying it all on one thus giving it mroe depth. Try look at tutorials for these kinds o' simplistic shading.

All I see is the same colors. Wheres the shading for the shirt? it's just one green for the whole shirt..
