Infested Satanoid

Deep down, past the narrowest of passages and below the bedrock is a cave system rife with life. A place where time does not exist, and pleasure and torment dance as one. Now coming to a Nether update near you! With the update Satanoid finds itself in the new update and got infected during the transfer of blocks.



Looking at the fungus, you can see that the shroomlight is a rarer part of the fungus. My theory is that it is actually exposed parts of the gills, or is the flesh of the fungus below the netherwart chitin. Therefore during an infection it makes sense that the flesh would slowly be eaten by the shroomlight as it spreads, a bit like mycelium.
