Urban Legends of the "Inversion" Has been circling around Neon City until one day, someone was having a peaceful stroll in Neon City and they saw the Inversion. He described it as an orange thing that looked like one of Frankenstein's creations. Said it would give you chills down your spine if it looks strait at you. Rumors has been spreading around that this was a test, Others say it was from a secret clan called The Neon Patrol Agency and Protection Services. No one is sure who did make this thing.
