I used the noise tool at first, too. It looks like you use Skindex or another similar editor. I reccommend that you create your skin in Photoshop or Gimp. I would use a skin-shaped template to create your own shading pattern. Then, change it to greyscale mode. You can then make your own skin using the template-shape. Then, make a new layer that's the shading template. Set that layer to Grain Extract. Then you only have to create the advanced shading pattern once and you can use it time after time.
