In the year 2045 a war is waged between Canada and USA over the clean water Canada has. USA has become a sick country with out clean water, the military has slowly died out in America, due to poverty and sickness. Canada though was healthy but also had no military, because they decided they don't need military, Until now...

After the war in North America between Canada and USA. It ended with northern America and southern Canada become a wasteland from the Japanese dropping a nuclear bomb, America and Canada have been preparing
for a nuclear disaster such as this one, so they built vaults all across North America.
These vaults were almost 100% radiation proof...almost
Vault 218 had was being filled with people all across USA because this was going to be the last vault to be made. A bomb dropped shortly after vault 218 become full of people, the bomb landed less then 12km from the vault, the power of the atomic bomb was to much for the vault door and it soon gave away, every living thing in vault 218 either died or become mutated. Jason McKenny, a man who lived in Ireland and moved to Canada when he was 12 in 2029 and in 2045 he traveled to America to go to vault 218.
He now wonders the streets not knowing who he his or what he is.
