The Mayor of Pastiville, a great city in the Chocolate Mountains inhabited by the candies. He is known for his kindness and generosity.

After the apocalyptic Implosion, there was an influx of human immigrants coming in to the Mountains. Brennatar gave them land in the bowl of the Mountains so they could restart their society. In commemoration, the humans allowed some of the candies to live in their new city of Randoville. Many of them would live in an area now known as Popover Square.
