This is Jorge from Halo Reach. If you have played the game Halo Reach you'll know who he is. Wether or not you play Halo, this is a pretty cool skin. I also have an Emile skin up if you'd fancy that :] And by the way I HAVE noticed that when you put on a helmet with this skin his face "bugs out". I've fixed that now, but in you must redownload the skin to get the fixed version.
