I shaded a small amount of gray into his hair and completely reconfigured his eyes.

Might just be me, but I dont like the face very much. The skin shading looks good, but not the colors. The eyes are, a bit too high?
And the beard looks a bit strange.

But the clothes on this one looks rather nice. +1

I have fixed the eyes as you suggested. As of yet they haven't changed on the preview. I am not quite sure what to change about the beard.

Wow, this looks great.
I love the gray thing you did with the hair.
The beard looks more fitting to the skin now, you should keep it.
