Katio is from a Undertale like dimension.
He's younger sibling (17), his older sister being Abbie (18?), another shark
Abbie is described to be almost identical to Katio, except being female and having a white suit and hair unlike Katio
Katio is energetic, and tends to get into trouble, being goofy
He doesn't like to show any other emotion other then anger and joy, usually keeping those emotions to himself
He's pretty innocent as well

She has her own shark OC which is his sister lol
I might ask her if I can make it a skin XD

Sadly some details were lost during the conversion into a MC skin.
His hoodie became a turtleneck lol
And that uh- chainmail looking part on his stomach is really just a mesh lol. Like on his arms
