Once the court wizard for the king of pirates himself, exiled this wizard fleed to the ocean floor seeking a new ocupation. He deafeted the kracken and asked for one thing in return, Eternal life. Of corse the kracken, angered by defeat, granted him his wish, but with a few side effects. He was now not able to breath air and, he needed to wear a mask at all times or people would die of his ugleness.
