Kiffo Rangi is a 700 year old mutant cyborg.
He wanders alone across the radioactive wasteland making whatever money he can from bounties and heavy-handed assassinations, all to maintain his primitive, yet hardy, life-support cybernetics which hold together what's left of his dying, blackened body. Little is known about his last 7 centuries on earth, or what indeed he was before the nuclear holocaust. But with every passing year, his own memory withers away and so too, his identity.
