This is Kirtash, the antagonist of the book Memories of Idhun.

STORY:
Far far away, in another planet called Idhun, there were mages and knights and also mythical creatures like unicorns and dragons. One day the three moons and the three suns made the form of an hexagon at the sky and Ashran opened a portal to Idhun. This hexagon burned all the unicorns and the dragons, and Ashran and the Sheks (flying snakes with a high intelligence) invaded the whole planet. Two brave warriors found the last unicorn and the last dragon, so they came to the Earth to hide them. Kirtash, the son of Ashran was fusioned with the spirit of the Shek's prince and now he's here to catch the dragon, the unicorn and all the mages that hide far from its planet. He is like a panther and his ice-eyes can look inside the persons, revealing secrets. When his near you'll notice a strange cold and the sensation of beeing observed. He can play with your emotions too. If you see him he will try to kill you. And he'll do.
