A Hospitaller knight of 1565. At this point the Hospitallers identified themselves as the Knights of Malta. During 1565 40,000 Ottoman turks attacked Malta, in hopes of controlling the mediterranean. 700 knights stood in there way. After many months of siege the Ottomans left Malta to escape the winter.
