This is Knuckles from Archie Comics version of one of Sonics Possible futures, Chaos Knuckles defeated Eggman once and for all but then he proceeded to change Mobius into the Utopia he had always dreamed of. Sonic used a device called the Nulifier to stop knuckles which caused Knuckles to lose his right eye. there is more info on the Sonic News network page. this skin seemed fun so here it is. :D
