This is the Witch, as drawn by AT2. The design is similar to the Villagers, however, a notable difference is the hat and eyes. Her eyes are also what makes her different from the Witches in Minecraft, as hers are red as opposed to grey. A more subtle difference is, the tube in her hair, which resembles the in game Villager's noses, has a small thing sticking out, bringing to mind the wart on the Witches' noses.
Where your skin breaks from the design is the hair. Rather than having the two strands meet in the single tube, there are two separate strands in two separate tubes. Whether that was intentional or an oversight, it still looks good.
In other words, I like this skin.
