Remake of my old Future Golden Flash Skin.

Fun facts
-He's not a who, not a what, but a Being of pure Energy. He was manufactured as the One that prevents Dashlinies (Speedsters of Nate's Continuity) from doing catastrophic disasters to their timelines. He's like a Black Flash in a way but also likes heroics.
-Because he's made out of pure Energy, he's also undefeatable unless it comes to his own Power.
-I'm very proud of that huge Bolt.
