With a snap of her fingers, the shadows are repelled. Revealing malevolent faces and snarling teeth, all manner of evil linger down here. She takes out her tome with a giggle, and begins reciting encantafions.
The evil screams and wallows in agony, orbs of light spawn by the hundreds, slamming into any thing remotely evil causing a violent evaporation of their being.
Any entity dumb enough to get close and gamble for a strike, is met with total obliteration. She laughs and cackles maniacally, lost in her relish of evils destruction.
It isn't until one of the escorting paladins shakes her out of it, to break, free from her spell. "Lydia! Master Lydia! They're all gone now". She breaks free, the giggles slowly withdraw, as she looks around in glee with her handywork.
