The skin is pretty good. But, shading could be more useful, as it helps define the shape of the body, depths, and such. Contrast, hue, you need to work on too. For the screen, try making it look as if it is rather shined on, like in reality. The hair looks a bit odd, as it was "grilled". That's pretty much it. Good job.
