So yeah, this is Lusamine from the new upcoming Pokemon games Sun & Moon. She's the president of the Aether Foundation, a group that most people, including myself, is gonna end up being the bad guys. Anyway, I really like her design, and apparently so do a lot of other people cause there's a good amount of fanart of her to say that the game isn't even released yet. I'm totally fine with that.
