Sorry to judge your entry so late. I think you forgot a little symbol to copy/paste into your description, but I'll judge your Machoke anyways:
Technique - 9/10. That definitely looks like a Machoke!
Quality - 8/10. The shading's pretty darn good! This Machoke could use a little more muscle mass, but that's only a nitpick.
Functionality - 9/10. I can see a Machoke fan wearing this skin, but only on version 1.8+ servers. Thankfully, like Machoke's need of increased muscle mass, this is only a nitpick because it would look scrawny without the 64x64 layout.
