Now that I got that out of the way, on to the skin itself. If I'm not mistaken, magma cubes look a bit brighter than this (its eyes are a lot brighter than the rest of the head). Maybe I'm wrong on that. Also, as previously mentioned, you put white on the tops of the legs, and the bottom of the torso, which looks a bit off. For shading, I'd recommend you look up some tutorials on here, as opposed to using noise. Noise can tend to make skins look messy, and reduce the quality of them, I believe.
It's good to see you are practicing making skins, but don't use extremely overdone concepts, like the mobs in suits. Go for something more creative. It'll get you a lot more attention than this, or a teen skin. Good luck with your future skins!

You just gotta keep practicing with the skins! Not everyone is going to like what you've posted. I've experienced this,myself. Just gotta hope that the next skin you make is something people will like!
