Maiar are considered to be a fish species, but in reality, they are best described as water elemental spirits taking a humanoid form. They often live in underwater structures or deep submerged caves and seem incapable of tolerating the absence of water (mmeeh, a revised excerpt from the Massivecraft site-- I hate repeated adjectives/verbs/nouns/etc. xD).
So I'm pretty much addicted to the Massivecraft server and since playing, I constantly find myself thinking, "why is everyone in completely irrelevant skins? (i.e., a robot, naked dude, and teen boy/girl skins)"
I kinda wanted to try my hand at making all of the races available on the server, so here's number one: the maiar.
Hopefully, I'll get around to making a male version too! :D
