Hey everyone I found some time to work on some skins so I decided to announce my return with this awesome skin. This is Mandy From The Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy and she hardly smiles and is tough and serious girl. To tell you the truth I do not know how she puts up with Billy's stupidity.
