his name is Jay Quinton, he is a phycology student with scitzothermia, his ability is that he can morph his limbs and body to help in what he is trying acheive, regular university student by day and creature at night, his other side comes out as it tries to adapt and survive in city nightlife, he hasnt unlocked his full potential yet as he can only use his ability in darkness, the disease, what makes him turn, has chipped into his split concience and taken his dark side over, he studys phycology to try to cure his scitzofemia and free himself from its grasp during night, many murders have happened with mesterious bite and "Knife" wounds, his desiese is just feeding and the supposed knife, his favrouite ability, able to create bone claws out of the top of his hands, later in the story he learns what could free him and takes on the role to hunt it out, becoming people to gain entry, killing to live, hiding in the shadows as his dark side slowly takes over, he is hunted by a select group of people called Organised Rounding of Biomodified Intelligent Testing or O.R.B.I.T for short, hunting him down as he contains one of the diseases that broke free, he thinks there soliders trained to kill somthing like this so he runs from them, near the end he becomes in full contol of what he can do and takes the name Manifest and become the citys hero and villian battling the neverending fight between his concience and his subconcience, the disease. modifiyng his arms he can lift great weights, his legs can run super fast long jumps, feathers, camoflage, mimicing people, he slowly unlocks all these abilities as the disease grows throught feeding, (like vampires he needs to fee otherwise his desiese would kill him, he gets no choice in the matter) as he progresses so does the disease as soon it develops into bio modified cell mutation and has yet again lost control of it. turning him like this he is forced into the sewers, entangled by tenticles all over his body, what is left of him anyway. stuck in this fom nautrally he has lost his identity and takes the people he feeds on to become them.

his abilities consist of mostly now tenticle morphs but they include:

de - shaping of his body becoming snake like and small

what i call Fast Feed where he would open up his body revealing only tenticles and engulf his victim infront taking him in and devouring everything

his regular feed is a lot less quieter as he more or less buries one tenticle from his hand into the victims skin and as it travels through the body slowly morphs around the inner and outer body to then collapse the skeleton, remove the neutrients from the mucles, choke the heart and melt the skin; painless and no mess and quiet normally done at night

his other ablilites are mostly weapons like:

drill hand where the tenticles of his hand would spin fast and act like a fleshy drill

dis-arm literlly means dis-arm, its meant to remove the weapon from the assailant but rips his arms off instead

leg sweep where he would spin around flailing low hanging tenticles around the place taking out peoples feet

face hug where he would swing one tenticle around someones head likea a snake choke hold and crush the skull

clamp: tenticles fly to the floor holding him in place and is able to hold people down with the same ability

and the regular bone claw/scythe wind mill: swinging his sharp arms around and charging towards people

he wears the jacket as its the only thing that survived the first turn
