Umm... You should use your own tutorial. The torso didn't look very real for some reason, more like a carpet or something. Otherwise, the skin is quite nice.

Yeah I change my shading over time, I tried adding some forms into the front and also tried adding highlights, I see what you mean with the carpet look!
