Minecraft army found MPTF or Military Police Task Force for maintaining order on civil disorder or in case of martial law, MPTF would be responsible for maintaining order. 

Whiskey 9 usually maintaining civil order. Working in large groups (50-100), Whiskey 9 is called when there is civil unrest or a conflict is going on. Unlike Tango 6, Whiskey 9 doesn't watch military activity. That means they don't engage MCOF military forces. They don't watch corrupted military officers or hunting deserters. 

Whiskey 9 is a light unit, capable of fast mobilization and fast deployment. MCA uses them as main force to maintain order in cities.
