This is when it's winter. A relatively light coat, because here in Italy that's you don't really need much more and an ushanka, the ears ears of which are shorter than normal, because, in the wyverling culture hiding your own horns is considered a sign of being ashamed of being a wyverling. The only exception from that tradition is if the lower horns are hidden by a hood, in that case it's fine.
