Ta-da! Megaman.EXE from the Battle Network series. It has been a while since I made a skin and practicing with some basic shades n' stuff to highlight and pop out his body features. His fins, ear symbols and hair pop out in the hat areas. Criticism is appreciated and to those people who manage put in so much detail into a skin, you people are magic :p. Cheers~
