Misaki Mei from an anime called, Another.

I chose to create the skin without the eye-patch, granted adding it in my opinion made the skin's face look strange and cluttered.

Another Intro: 26 years ago there was a third year student who passed away. The student's classmates decided to carry on as though they were still alive, including them in numerous activities which the deceased student had attended prior to their death. It was decided that this would continue till the class's graduation ceremony. Seen in the classes graduation photo was the deceased student.

Because I don't want to spoil the entirety of the anime, I'll leave it at that. I pretty much restated the into of Another and added a few more details. It's a great anime, I highly recommend viewing it. However be warned, there are some disturbing scenes that may negatively effect the viewer. Oh the joys of horror anime.
