Theee are no tags, but there are features! If your skin gets a certain amount of diamonds/favorites/downloads/views (I’m not really sure which), it gets featured on the popular reel, the skins along the top of the page! So, features aren’t nearly as rare here than on MSS!

This skin is beautiful! You did a wonderful job remaking Venus’s skin!
