Once upon a time, in a small village in France, a very naughty villager made offerings to a great demon, and summond him by using old goat milk. Upon arriving into the mortal plane, the demon was astounded at the lack of slaughter and chaos-- so much, in fact, that he decided to become the monarch, and lord of the small villlage. 

As time passed, he heard the mortals calling his a new name, and as he knew no French, he could not tell what they were saying. Using ancient demon runes, he asked his scribe, and most devote follower to tell him what the villagers were calling him. Smiling visciously, the scribe spoke to the demon in the tongue of the demon's kin. At first, the demon was surprised. Surprise turned to anger, and anger turned to blind rage. 

Thankfully, his rage was stopped, and only a couple thousand people were burned alive. After the priests of France vanquished the demon with holy water, they asked the scribe why he attacked France. The scribe, grinning, said, "I told him they were calling him Poop Head."
